An injunction has been granted in the fight to overturn the "Communications Decency Act", Title V of the communications bill signed into law by President Bill in February. Although I am more worried about being singled out for my political views, I feel this act could be used as a wedge for selective enforcement against politically incorrect individuals who happen to like sex.
